HOTEL SAFETY POLICY DURING MARTIAL LAW

“SAFETY is our first priority” – the concept of Londonska Hotel 4* Odesa to ensure the proper level of service during martial law in Ukraine.

ENHANCED SECURITY

• Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the number of security personnel at the hotel has been increased
• Round-the-clock security for hotel guests is qualified and meets all professional requirements
• To prevent crisis situations, the main entrance of the hotel is under the control of the security service
• Access control to the hotel territory has been tightened, and movement for guests who do not stay at the hotel is restricted
• Round-the-clock video surveillance is conducted in all guest areas
• If necessary, the security guards of the Ukrohorona group can be called to the hotel

SECURITY MEASURES

• The possibility of organizing convenient and timely transfers for guests is available upon request
• The hotel staff is instructed on how to behave during emergencies and has an explicit algorithm of actions
• Hotel employees, according to the training plan, are knowledgeable about emergency procedures, including providing first aid
• If necessary, the personal data of guests is checked during the booking process
• In the event of an emergency, the hotel is provided with water and food supplies
• The hotel has a local air raid warning system
• All hotel rooms are equipped with smoke detectors
• The hotel is equipped with an automatic fire extinguishing system
• We use Telegram Bot for the quick exchange of important information

CIVIL DEFENSE SHELTER

• On the 1st floor of the hotel building with a separate entrance from the yard, there is a comfortable shelter that guests can use during air raid alert.
• The shelter is equipped with chairs, water reserves, hot drinks, and a first aid kit containing everything necessary for first aid.
• The shelter is equipped with a supply and exhaust ventilation system.
• Upon check-in, the hotel staff provides instructions on the location of the shelter and the action plan during an air raid.
• It is recommended not to use elevators when descending to the shelter. For convenience, route signs to the shelter are placed throughout the hotel.

SAFE BUSINESS MEETING, the format of business meetings in military realities

• General safety rules apply to all participants of the event during their stay at the hotel.
• Event participants use the equipped shelter. All halls are equipped with air raid alert systems.
• A personal manager accompanies the client company at all stages of the event.

“CONSCIOUS CONSUMPTION” INITIATIVE

In addition to the concept of “SAFETY is our first priority“, we have introduced the equally important “Conscious Consumption” initiative, with measures to support Ukraine’s energy front and ensure efficient use of resources:

Technical means to ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity and water:

• Generator with a large fuel reserve
• Reservoir with the required volume of water
• Backup hot water tanks
• Backup connection to the city’s heating network

We have implemented conscious energy resource use:

• Create a cozy atmosphere with candles and dimmed lighting during dark hours.
• Turn off all office equipment when it is not needed.
• Use natural light during working hours.
• Have replaced regular lamps with energy-saving LED bulbs.
